Copenhagen

The last stop of our trip was Copenhagen. While in Copenhagen, we got introduced to many aspects of the Danish culture. Although it was cold, but we enjoyed the diverse and international city. On our last day, we had a nice group dinner which was special and fun in its own way!

Malmo

For one day, we went to Malmo, Sweden. It was nice to see their innovative projects and architectural plans, however it was extremely windy! The wind was blowing in all directions and we couldn't walk! Nonetheless, we had a really fun lunch with Professor Prisner at an Indian Restaurant and we enjoyed the warm spicy food!

Dinner at the Prisner Apartment

While in Hamburg, we got the wonderful opportunity of going to Professor Prisner's house to have dinner. We had pizza and it was very nice. The professor played the guitar for us and it was extremely fun. We sang some songs with him and had a pleasant evening.
Thank You Professor Prisner!

Rostock -Stasi Prison

While in Rostock, we visited the Stasi Prison. It was really interesting to see the prison rooms and how the prisoners lived. We were introduced to the harsh prison life. The rooms were very small and the way in which people were captured was very deceitful since they did not know that they were being captured. Coming from Franklin and a protected environment, it was nice to see the other side of thing.

Hamburg

The First Stop of our trip was Hamburg. Hamburg was a beautiful city. Although cold, but I really enjoyed seeing different aspects of the German culture while there. We visited the Pixar exhibition which was absolutely amazing. We also went to the Harbor City. It was nice to see what developmental plans they had for the area. Hamburg is an industrialized yet authentic German City
